Yoga

Our yoga is designed to support our martial arts classes. We offer two types of classes.

Yoga relaxation (slökun) with deep and long stretches, breathing and overall a good relaxation. This type of Yoga usually called Yin Yoga and works on keeping focus and patience.

Yoga strength (styrkur), were your inner strength is challenged as well as your over all balance. In this class you'll move in a rhythm with your breathing (Vinyasa style). Mjolnisyoga is for everyone, beginners or higher level, it is a great way to prevent injuries and enhance body awareness and strength.

Equipment: There is no equipment required but we recommend that participants bring their own mat and towel.

OPENING HOURS

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 06:15 - 22:00
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 07:00 - 22:00
Saturdays: 08:45 - 14:00
Sundays: 10:15 - 15:00

Training halls close according to the Timetable when the last class ends, but weight lifting is open Mon.-Thu. until 22:00 (Fri. 20:30).
