Valshamur 101 is a beginner’s class in movement (flow). In this course, you will learn how to enhance your body awareness and coordination by working with your own body weight in a unique way. This will push your balance, flexibility and body movement overall.
Included: If you are attending Valshamur 101, you can also attend Goðaafl and Mjölnir Yoga, also included in all our 101 courses one week training in Mjölnir after the course finishes.
Equipment: Regular sport clothes (no shoes)
