Goaafl banner

Goaafl is less intense than Vkingarek (Vikingstrength). In this class you will work on your basic strength, stability and your weakest link in movement. Perfect for those who want to challenge themselves at a comfortable pace. No heavy lifting or intense cardio training, instead we focus on bodyweight exercises and use equipment like exercise balls and resistance bands. Goaafl is suitable for those who want to improve their core strength, people who are taking their first steps in training or who have been dealing with injuries.

This class is open for everyone that trains at Mjlnir.

Equipment: Regular sport clothes (no shoes)

Coaches: Gya Erlingsdttir, Steinar Thors and Inga Birna rslsdttir.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 06:00 - 22:00

Sundays:10:15 - 15:00

Training halls close according to the Timetable when the last class ends, but Gryfjan (weight lifting room) is open Mon-Thu until 22:00 (Fri. 20:30).

NOTE. Due to Covid-19, the 1m rule applies in public spaces (corridors, locker rooms etc.) and fitness classes (Vkinarek, Yoga, Goaafl, Freyjuafl and weight lifting area).
