Goðaafl is less intense than Víkingaþrek (Vikingstrength). In this class you will work on your basic strength, stability and your weakest link in movement. Perfect for those who want to challenge themselves at a comfortable pace. No heavy lifting or intense cardio training, instead we focus on bodyweight exercises and use equipment like exercise balls and resistance bands. Goðaafl is suitable for those who want to improve their core strength, people who are taking their first steps in training or who have been dealing with injuries.
This class is open for everyone that trains at Mjölnir.
Equipment: Regular sport clothes (no shoes)
