Valshamur 101

Valshamur 101 is a beginners class in movement (flow). In this course, you will learn how to enhance your body awareness and coordination by working with your own body weight in a unique way. This will push your balance, flexibility and body movement overall.

Included: If you are attending Valshamur 101, you can also attend Goaafl and Mjlnir Yoga, also included in all our 101 courses one week training in Mjlnir after the course finishes.

Equipment: Regular sport clothes (no shoes)

Mondays and Wednesdays: 06:15 - 22:00
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 07:00 - 22:00
Fridays: 06:15 - 20:00
Saturdays:08:45 - 14:00
Sundays:10:15 - 15:00

Training halls close according to the Timetable when the last class ends, but weight lifting halls are open Mon.-Thu. until 22:00 and Fri. until 20:00.

Sauna, hot tub and cold tub close 15 minutes before gym closing.
